Cancellations

 

We do not offer cancellations or returns for orders if you change your mind but you can return your Fetal Doppler within 2 working days of receiving it, provided that it is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Kindly contact customer services to arrange for a return authorization. Any cancellations or returns after an order is placed will incur a restocking fee of USD$15.

How to claim your money back:

 

You must have purchased the VitaSonus At-home Fetal Doppler from our website, after the 20th of March 2021.


1. This money-back guarantee only works when the device is clearly defective. 

 

i.e. The purchased at-home doppler does not show readings. The purchased wearable breast pump does not turn on/has any suction/leak. 

 

This money-back guarantee does not work when the device is working fine but the customer finds it not suitable for their needs or changes their mind. 

 

2. It’s normal if the doppler device doesn’t pick up the heartbeat at early pregnancy stages. Please make sure you wait till week 14. A good way to see if the device work is to test it to pick up your own heartbeat. If it does pick up your heartbeat, it suggests the device works.

 

3. All 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee applications must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your Fetal Doppler.

 

4. Please contact us regarding the return. We may request evidence of the device being defective to meet the return criteria. 

 

5. If your application does not meet our return criteria, you will not be approved for a refund. Incomplete or illegible claims will not be refunded.

 

6. Once approved, we will refund you the purchase price (at the time of order. Shipping fees will not be refunded), once the defective device has been returned to our warehouse*. VitaSonus does not provide shipping labels. Please arrange your shipment back to us and let us know the tracking number to get your refund on time. 

 

7. The refund only applies to the defective product(s). Other product(s) from the same order are not eligible for a return and refund, i.e. accessories, gels, and milk storage bags. The value of other product(s) is to be deducted from the money-back amount.Â
