SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
If you are not completely satisfied with your Levamen – we are offering you a 30-days guarantee on all purchases.  Simply send the item(s) back to us for a full refund or replacement, less shipping & handling.
To be eligible for a return and fill refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Â It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require that you include a note with the following information:

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please note that it may take some time before your refund is officially posted on your credit card statement or in your bank account. This can be up to 5-7 business days. If you still have not received your refund after 7 business days, please contact us directly  We are here to help ensure a prompt and courteous refund.Â
Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Â Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Restocking Fee
We reserve the right to charge a minimum of a 15% restocking fee to process your returns.
