Worth every penny!

After welcoming my first baby, I couldn’t shake off the anxiety especially after learning about SIDS. The first few weeks were overwhelming as I found myself getting barely any sleep listening to their breathing and zooming in on the video monitor to watch their breathing. Finally I came across this. Unlike other sock monitors that focus on heart rate, this monitor specifically tracks breathing and sleep positions, which are more important for infants. The device and app are both super easy to use.I tested it many times on myself and my husband and the alarm went off correctly each time. It did take a few times to get familiar with the setups, especially the alarm intervals. But after I got used to it everything works perfectly, it truly has been a lifesaver! Definitely a must have for new moms looking for peace of mind and a good night’s rest.

Great baby monitor

We decided on this product over the sense u smart monitor after doing lots of research. Both of them have similar functions but this brand has a lower price. Turns out we are not disappointed at all! It’s such an awesome baby monitor and it gives me so much peace of mind, and of course more sleep at night. The app is easy to use and provides us all important information. I love this baby monitor

I’ve been trying to tell everyone how great this baby monitor is. It alerts me when my baby rolls on her stomach and tells her breathing rate. I’m not sure what’s in it but it’s impressing they were able to fit all these features into a small device in this size. If you are on the fence, just buy it!

Perfect for parent withrolling baby!

I’ve been so tired because my baby has been constantly rolling over on her face at night and when I spoke with her pediatrician about it he just called it SIDS. So I went to try to find a solution. What should I do if the Baby Sleep Breathing Monitor fails to pair with the Wireless Gateway?

Please follow the troubleshooting steps below:

– Make sure the Baby Sleep Breathing Monitor is NOT added to the device list on the App before the Wireless Gateway is added

– Make sure the blue indicator light on your Wireless Gateway is flashing

– Long press the power button of the baby breathing monitor until the green status light constantly flashes, which means the pairing state is turned on.

How do I customize the alarms?

Choose the baby monitor from the device list on your app. Then click the settings icon on the top right corner of your screen. From there, you can individually turn alarmson/off, set alarm intervals, and set temperature zone for chill/heat alarms.

i.e. Your baby always sleep on stomach. Simply turn off the rollover alarm and keep others on.

To switch all alarms on/off, simply click the ‘alarm on/off’ button.

What if my home WiFi does not have a seperated 2.4GHz network?

The FetalPlus Baby Sleep Breathing Monitor and the Wireless Smart Gateway should all be operated under a 2.4GHz network. Please make sure your smartphone is connected to a 2.4GHz network instead of the 5GHz network.

Don’t panic if your network does not split 2.4GHz and 5GHz. All modern wireless routers offer both frequencies, and your FetalPlus Baby Sleep Breathing Monitor and the Wireless Smart Gateway will automatically use the 2.4GHz network.

Where should the FetalPlus Baby Sleep Breathing Monitor be worn?

Clip the FetalPlus Baby Sleep Breathing Monitor onto your baby’s sleepwear (diaper / pants / etc.), right next to their belly button to accurately pick up abdominal movements. Snug fit sleepwear is essential for accurate monitoring.

How do I receive pushed notification and alerts on my phone?

– Make sure the ‘alarm switch’ is turned on under device settings on the FetalPlus Home app.

– You can customize what alarms you would like to turn on.

– Make sure that you have notifications enabled on your phone’s system level.

Getting incorrect movement and sleep position notifications

Orientation: please make sure the logo side is facing towards the air.

Proper Placement: Align the logo on the device in the same direction as your child’s body. Attach the FetalPlus Baby Sleep Breathing Monitor to your child’s waist, right next to the belly button.

Sleep Position Notifications: If you are receiving notifications indicating that your baby is on their stomach when they are actually on their back, try reinstalling the sensor’s battery. This will restart the device and may resolve the issue.

Slow Breathing Notifications: If you are receiving notifications for slow Breathing (less than 8 per minute) when your baby is fine, ensure that the FetalPlus Baby Sleep Breathing Monitor is clipped properly, right next to your baby’s belly button. It is important to use snug-fitting clothes for accurate monitoring. Loose-fitting sleepwear may cause the monitor to lose contact with the baby and trigger false alarms.

If the sensor is securely clipped and you are still experiencing issues, you can try reinstalling the sensor’s battery or turning off the Movement Notification button and turning it on again.
